How do I place an order?

Orders are placed using Credit Cards. The card will be charged once the order is fulfilled. The store accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What are my shipping options?

• Rush orders: depending on your location, same-day or next-day delivery can be arranged. Please contact 877.585.6452 or customerservice@acreativeresource.com. Applicable expedited freight charges will be added to your order.
• Shipping charges: all orders are shipped from Minnesota via FedEx Smartpost Ground Service.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Due to customization, items cannot be returned. However, for defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact 877.585.6452 or email customerservice@acreativeresource.com.
